Implementing the Universal Design for Learning Framework

The SCDE promotes planning your work with the Universal Design for Learning Framework. This set of guidelines developed by CAST.org can be used to improve and optimize teaching and learning for all people based on scientific insights into how humans learn. Whether you teach students in a classroom setting, coach teachers, plan statewide events, or handle phone calls with the public, these strategies can make a difference in your effectiveness since UDL promotes equal access for all learners.

This SCDE Micro-credential Stack includes introduces the history and development of UDL and describes each of the three UDL Principles.
